Ballina Killaloe Rugby Club has seen a huge growth in young members since its revival in 2002, which coincided with the surge in population of neighbouring towns, Killaloe and Ballina. Keith Wood played on Ballina-Killaloe youth teams in the late 80s and so did the great Anthony Foley, current Munster forwards coach. The club is experiencing exciting times with the development of fantastic new facilities at its base in Clarisford, Killaloe and lots of young talent emerging from within its squads.
